It is truly an honor to serve as principal of H R International School. I came here with a wealth of educational and leadership experience acquired in this area Schools. I was a simple Language teacher for twenty eight years in reputed schools like G D Birla Ranikhet, Delhi Public School Aligarh before assuming the role of principal. I do not view the position of principal as a job, but instead as an opportunity to lead our school to accomplish great things. The role of principal entails many exciting opportunities associated with student achievement. However, most importantly, my personal and professional goal is to provide children at H R I S with the best educational experience possible – one that will build a foundation for life-long learning.
My mission as principal is to always put kids first! My belief is that all students can learn, and it is our job to support all of their needs. As educators, we need to discover how each child learns in order to differentiate our instruction to support diverse learning styles; all children are different. I also want all children to love school! My passion for elementary education as well as the passion of my staff will always be evident. In a collaborative effort, we want children to thrive in all ways possible. At H R I S, our mission is to provide such an environment for all of our students.
Our school must be a place where students want to learn and have fun. I promise to provide a learning environment that is positive, safe, caring; a fun place to learn and grow. My goal is to invest time in getting to know everyone in the school community – the students, parents, families, teachers, staff, and community members. My goal is also to provide our students the essentials needed for success in a safe and warm environment. The staff at H R I S will work together with the priority of having every student’s best interest at heart.
My message to all parents is to stay involved. This can be accomplished by staying in contact with your child’s teacher. Our expectations will be to consistently make sure you are aware of your child’s progress, and answer any questions or concerns you have at any time. This form of two-way monitoring will help ensure the success of your child’s education and well-being.
I feel fortunate for this new leadership role and welcome it with open arms. In future there will be countless new events and activities planned for all of our students. Our new playground will be amazing, and I am excited for students to use it this year. Again, I am thrilled to be H R International School’s founder Principal and I am looking forward to embarking on an exciting school year.
